Inversión de la marcación. Un cambio sintáctico y semántico en la historia del español.
Abstract
The concept of markedness has motivated recent controversies in linguistic studies: whereas for some it is one of the most important conceptual developments of the 20th century and a valuable tool that can be used in phonology and morphology as well as in syntax; for others it is not but a superfluous notion. Based in the analysis of change in the syntactic and semantic properties of the verbs enviar and mandar in the history of Spanish, in this article I defend the pertinence of the markedness inversion concept from a diachronic point of view.Downloads
