El discurso informativo de Acteal como realidad socio–semiótica

Abstract

In this paper I focus at socio–semiotics perspective to analyze press discourse about human rights’ Chiapas situation through Acteal case (December 1997). On first place I characterize physical space as symbolic. Secondly I define some key concepts such as discourse, meta–plot in press speech. I use as a method to describe from socio–semiotic point of view Greimas model which is applied to Acteal case. I define speech at through informative discourse. Finally I summarize discourse attitude which is identified as regular through the journals I have analyzed.
